The reasoning
behind the reserve

Treasury mechanics, token design and launch risks

Proposed direction

Liquidity with
a longer horizon

A protocol should be able to account for the capital it relies on

Olympus established protocol owned liquidity as an alternative to continually renting liquidity through token incentives

VAURN takes that starting point into always-open onchain markets, with disclosed reserve layers, explicit allocation limits and a visible capital cycle

The proposed system separates the liquid base from capital deployed into liquidity pools, while keeping future asset strategies outside the active model

These are design commitments for a system still to be implemented, rather than claims about an operating treasury

Planned

Terms first
Capital second

Every contribution needs a quote, a destination and a release schedule

01

A disclosed bond

Accepted assets would be exchanged for a stated VAURN allocation under published pricing and vesting terms

02

A protocol owned treasury

Contributed assets would settle into a dedicated treasury with inspectable holdings and transactions

03

Bounded allocation

A published policy would separate liquid reserves from protocol liquidity and limit exposure to approved strategies

04

Linear token release

Bond tokens would become claimable in proportion to elapsed vesting time, capped at the full bond allocation

Bond issuance, treasury accounting, allocation controls and vesting require separate contracts and review

The workspace reads live account balances, ERC-20 metadata and transaction receipts on mainnet or testnet
Vesting studies remain local and no deposits are accepted

Explore a vesting scenario

A reserve does not
remove risk

No stable value
VAURN is a proposed protocol token, not a stablecoin
Its market price can fall and capital is not guaranteed
No automatic redemption
Holding VAURN does not provide an automatic right to redeem reserve assets
Any future exit facility needs its own published terms and implementation
Liquidity pool exposure
Pool positions can lose value through market moves, divergence loss and limited exit liquidity
Contract & operational risk
Contract defects, asset failures, custody arrangements and policy execution can cause loss
A functioning token contract does not establish a safe treasury
Stock Tokens remain outside
Stock Tokens are not enabled in the VAURN model
Any future use depends on issuer controls, eligibility, jurisdiction and asset-specific terms

Robinhood Stock Tokens provide economic exposure under their issuer terms and do not grant ownership of the underlying company shares

Not deployed

A clear token
A separate protocol

The initial token design is deliberately limited

Name / symbol
VAURN / VAURN
Standard
ERC-20
Supply design
Minted once at deployment
Additional admin mint
Not included
Total supply
Awaiting owner decision
Initial recipient
Explicit treasury address

The prepared token constructor sends the full initial supply to the selected treasury address, with no administrator mint function

VAURN is intended to coordinate treasury policy, but governance, bonding, vesting and treasury contracts have not been implemented

A standard ERC-20 token does not create voting powers, reserve ownership or a yield entitlement by itself

Preparing for mainnet

VAURN targets Robinhood Chain mainnet with chain ID 4663 and ETH for gas

The token name and symbol are VAURN
The fixed supply contract is prepared, while total supply and its initial recipient still require confirmation

No token address, treasury address or deposit contract has been published
Deployment preparation creates unsigned data only

Before launch, confirm supply and recipient, complete contract review, verify the deployed source and publish canonical addresses
Treasury and bonding functions require separate contracts

Not launched

Built for the chain
Subject to real readiness

Robinhood Chain supports EVM contracts and uses ETH for gas

Robinhood Chain

Robinhood Chain Testnet

Not deployed

Deployment on Robinhood Chain does not secure a listing in the Robinhood app or imply Robinhood endorsement

The remaining token decisions include total supply, initial treasury recipient and distribution terms, followed by contract review and a testnet deployment

A token launch would be separate from launching the planned treasury, bonds or governance system

The launch desk builds unsigned contract creation data and asks the selected node for a Gas estimate
Public node access is shared and may be rate limited
Submitting a deployment and funding its network fees remain separate wallet actions
